"I wanted to say thank you to John, from the part department at Triumph Roswell, who saved the day for me! I had just arrived in Northern Georgia to ride my Thruxton for a few days, driving up with a buddy and our bikes loaded in a van. Saturday morning, we were getting ready to ride when the bike accidentally fell on its left side. Minor scratches but the gear shift rod broke in half.... the bike was no longer operable. I called Triumph Roswell and John picked up. He confirmed he had the part and so we loaded the bike on the van again and drove about 80 miles to Roswell. "What a pleasure to deal with everyone at the new Triumph of Roswell. I bought the new, updated, 2022 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE. Fabulous bike, fabulous dealer. While everyone knows that inventory is tight nationwide, they seen to be maintaining an excellent selection of new bikes in stock. They had all three color options of the 1200 XE in stock when I made my purchase. I ordered a slew of factory Triumph accessories - they were delivered quickly, and Richard did a great job programming the My Triumph Connectivity Module so everything syncs to my phone including turn by turn directions. I've owned quite a few motorcycles, but the new Scrambler is in a class by itself. Super easy to ride, comfortable, with power everywhere. Like riding a dirt bike on the street."
